This may not seem like surprising news, but the number of 3 character unregistered domains (including 3 letter, 3 number and CCC combos) in the remaining top extensions are starting to shrink. Bulk buyouts are starting to become more common, and in the last year all 4 letter .com domains and 3 character.net domains have been registered.
